När du trodde du hade hört allt! Vår absoluta favorit är skohö men på grund av lathet har detta blivit den nya favoriten. Det är alltså en filtad ullsula (100% ny ull) med en kärna av björknäver. Du hörde rätt. Det är alltså näver som bakats in i filtad ull. Ullen värmer och nävern isolerar. Ett plus ett blir i detta fall 23 och dina fötter förblir varma och torra. Nävern tillsammans med ullen formas efter din fot och dessutom är de slitstarka. Finns det något negativt? Nej!

Näver är som ni vet ett utmärkt material som använts under lång, lång tid för att skydda byggnader mot regn och för att isolera golvåsar och andra byggnadsdelar från markfukt. Näver var det helt dominerande taktäckningsmaterialet fram till mitten av 1800-talet och börjat lyckligtvis komma tillbaka mer och mer.
