About this one:
Actually a completely insane construction, made entirely of vegetable tanned leather from Tärnsjö Garveri. Instead of cutting out a leather strap and just put a buckle and holes in it, these belts are manufactured in the same way as all our other. This means that four different parts are cut out and then glued and sewn together. This means, in particular, that the outer surface of the leather goes both inward and outward, which gives an even more durable and sleek belt that lasts a lifetime.. Handmade in Gothenburg by saddle maker Pelle Hedeblom.
Available in three colors (natural, cognac and black) and two different buckles (silver and solid brass).
Leather & Suede:
All our leather and suede comes from the Swedish tannery Tärnsjö garveri. The art of vegetable tanning leather is thousands of years old. Since 1873 Tärnsjö Garveri has been using time-tested, vegetable methods. Industrialization has allowed tanneries to offer standard hides at lower prices and many tanneries have unfortunately chosen that path. Tärnsjö Garveri have not. Why? Because the aesthetic of vegetable tanned leather is unparalleled and the patina that it develops with use over time cannot be produced any other way. It is also the only way to produce premium leather of desired quality, while at the same time respecting our environment.
The buckle:
We only use buckles from the French producer I.D.A.M. Founded in 1967, the company I.D.A.M. specialises in the creation of belt-buckles and more generally in metal accessories for leather goods. The brass buckle is of course made out of solid brass, the silver one is made out ot die casted, premium quality zinc.
Embossed initials:
If you like, you can get your initials embossed, either in the leather, or with a gold or silver foil. The belts are embossed by a local book binder in Majorna, Gothenburg.
Get the correct length:
To get the correct length, we suggest measuring a belt you have used previously. Measure between the hole you use and the outer edge of the buckle, include your buckle as well. Bare in mind that some belts are a bit stretchy, ours aren't. That means that the length could be slightly misleading when measuring a stretchy belt un-stretched. Do you catch our meaning? You can also measure your circumference to get the right length. Remember to measure outside of trousers (that will add some extra centimeters) and to adjust the height you want, the hips and abdomen often have different dimensions, for example.

Delivery time:
We always strive to send your finished belt to you within two weeks of your order. We are working as fast as we possibly can, without compromising on quality. Our key focus and main goal is always to make a belt that lasts a lifetime, that can be fixed if it breaks - and that looks amazing. That takes time. The actual production time for each belt are 7-8h. In addition, there are other aspects such as glue to dry and transport to the book binder for embossing initials, for example. We will keep you posted during the process and let you know if it takes longer than expected.
